Why Should I join your Team? VOICES by GWH

Will I be an employee or Contractor?
As the owner of your contracting company, you have the autonomy to set your schedules with clients. A minimum of 30 hours of work is required for each 15-day pay period.
I am already enrolled in an opportunity but would like to enroll in another one. Is this possible?
You may register for an additional opportunity provided there is no scheduling conflict with the class times. Refer to the Opportunity Announcement (OA) for any specific stipulations.
What should I do if I want to change client opportunity class times?
Please check with the enrollment chat to inquire about availability in the alternate class; if there is space, they can facilitate the change for you. I will cover the cost for the first training course only. Should you fail or withdraw from your course, you will be responsible for the fees of any subsequent courses.
What is an Opportunity Announcement?
An Opportunity Announcement is a comprehensive document that provides all the necessary information to decide whether your business should offer call center services for a specific client program. It includes details about the client, types of calls, any additional equipment needed, potential service revenue, certification course schedules, and certification prerequisites. It is imperative to read Opportunity Announcements carefully before showing interest in a client program.
What is the monthly service fee?
Service Partners, such as call centers, are subject to a Monthly Service Fee which is charged immediately after an agent successfully completes their client certification. This fee is per agent and is non-negotiable. It is not imposed on registrants who are still in the registration process or on agents who have not begun servicing. Arise charges a service fee of $39.50 per month for the infrastructure provided, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and the StarMatic® scheduling system.
What is the cost for VOICES By GWH Membership?
The monthly membership is priced at $75.00. This fee encompasses the two monthly Arise service charges of $19.75 each and an $8.00 payroll fee.
How and when do I get paid?
Arise will distribute service revenue bi-monthly, on the 10th and 25th, directly into the Voices By GWH bank account. The funds will be transferred via ACH Direct Deposit to your account, typically taking five days after the initial deposit. You should normally receive the funds on the 15th and 30th of each month.
What will my salary be?
Compensation is calculated in 30-minute increments. The clients I suggest offer an hourly rate ranging from $12.00 to $15.00. Your earnings will depend on your performance and the number of hours you work. While raises are a possibility, they are not guaranteed. Additionally, overtime may be offered at the discretion of certain clients.
Do I have to buy a new system?
The compatibility and age of your system are crucial factors to consider. Should you require an upgrade, I can direct you to a trustworthy source, or you have the option to purchase a refurbished system through Amazon. Please note, I no longer supply computer systems free. Additionally, this entails a six-month commitment to work for Voices By GWH.
Can I work from a laptop?
Currently there are no clients who approve work from a laptop.
Is there a training program?
Indeed, each client offers a robust training program that includes approximately 15 unpaid training days, followed by 15 paid training days when you are actively engaging with customers on the phone. Training sessions last 4 hours each and are scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Many clients provide a Phase II, offering the opportunity to earn while handling calls. Applicants unable to fulfill the training commitments should not apply, as client companies do not accommodate adjustments to the program.
Is There any Test?
Before client training, you must pass a voice assessment conducted by the IVR team. This assessment evaluates your English speaking abilities and your capacity to construct sentences with proper grammar. Additionally, there is a program assessment that monitors your ability to follow instructions on the computer, which is why computer skills are necessary. While there is no initial drug screening for 90% of the clients, each client reserves the right to request one.
